I visited the parlor yesterday and had my waxing done with Zil, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! She was outstanding — I didn’t feel any pain at all, which honestly surprised me. Zil was extremely professional and paid great attention to hygiene and cleanliness throughout the session. The whole experience was comfortable and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here at Xtrim. Zeel was so incredibly nice and friendly. She greeted me so warmly when I walked in and when I told her I think I’m falling a little ill and have a slight headache she went the extra mile to give me a head massage when washing my hair and adjusted the temperature without me asking. She asked me what I wanted and listened to me attentively whilst giving some great tips too! We had a great chat and honestly felt like we were friends having a catch up! Would highly recommend :) Service, communication and over all experience 10/10!

I booked a last minute wash, cut and blow dry. I was extremely nervous since I grew my hair out for a year, once I entered the shop I was greeted by the lovely staff who made me feel comfortable instantly. I had no idea what I wanted done. Isha, the amazing hair dresser helped me pick out a haircut which suited me the most and I am absolutely in love!!! I've got so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely be going back.
